Recommended top ranking
prospective Graduating Grade VI pupil applicants with the following
qualifications:
1. Has
a grade of 85% and above in Science, Mathematics and English
2. Has
a grade of 83% and above in the rest of the subjects
3. Has
a general average not lower than 85%.
Required
documents are the following:
a. One
(1) Photo copy of Form 137
b. One
(1) Photo copy of Form 138 (Second Grading)
c. Recommendation
letter of the Principal
